Functionality
It is designed with 8 extra grooves in each pocket embodiment (of egg) of the tray to ensure good air flow/ventilation through and within the tray during storage to maintain an ambient temperature conducive for eggs’ freshness.
Environmental Friendly Material – PET
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is the most commonly use plastic raw materials for making Food and Beverage Packing and other Industrial Packaging found today.
They are easily Recycled and Reuse many times over.
The PET 100% main Raw materials (e.g. that are use in Mineral water and soft drinks bottles) are also use in the production of above trays which are ROHS Compliant and conforms to the International Food Safety and Standard Regulations.

It is designed with multiple ridges to the pillars for structural strength and protection in each pocket embodiment to enhance its’ rigidness and strength when it’s subjected to heavy loads while stacked and also with its Inter-Locking mechanism enable added stability during high stacking of 25 layers of tray for the protection of eggs in the trays while in transit or during transportation.
